i-Medical® will do everything to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
Once your order is received by our Customer Service Department, we try to deliver it within 24 hours, if the product is in stock.
If the product is not in stock, please allow four to six weeks for shipping.
For international orders (outside of the EU), processing time depends on the size of the order, as well as administrative and documentation requirements.
